Sam, a Port Arthur native, has been a in
practice in Nederland, TX since 1970.
He is a graduate of Lamar College and an honor graduate of The
University of Texas Dental Branch. With over 1,500 hours of
continuing education registered, he is a Fellow in the Academy of
General Dentistry (www.agd.org).
Sam’s wife, Gail, is a
public speaker and personality trainer.
He has 3 children, Laura, who works in the dental office;
daughter, Kate, and husband, Johnny are missionaries in Africa; and
Kyle, a boilermaker and welder.
Sam went on a dental mission trip to Russia where, as head of
Treasures of the Heart's dental team, he treated orphans.
He enjoys
sailing, fishing, photography, and almost anything mechanical or
technical, including the latest dental equipment, such as Digital
X-rays, intraoral cameras, and computers.
